Cancellation & Refund Policy
Welcome to our store! Because our graphic tees are custom-printed specifically for you the moment you order, we follow a strict production and fulfillment pipeline. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Cancellations & Modifications
  • Time Window: You can request a cancellation or change your shipping details within 1 hour of placing your order.
  • After 1 Hour: Once this window closes, your design is instantly sent to our printing facility. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
2. Direct UPI Payments
  • Since we use direct peer-to-peer UPI (Paytm/GPay/PhonePe), all orders are processed only after we verify your payment screenshot on WhatsApp.
  • Unpaid orders or fake checkout receipts will be automatically canceled within 24 hours.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
  • Your satisfaction is our top priority! If your t-shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong size/color due to our mistake, we will replace it 100% free of charge.
  • Requirement: To claim a free replacement, you must send an email or WhatsApp message with a clear photo/unboxing video of the defect within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Size Exchanges & Returns
  • Because every item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size selection issues.
  • Please review our size chart closely before sending your payment to ensure a perfect fit.
5. Failed Deliveries (Return to Origin - RTO)
  • If our courier partner cannot reach you after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or phone number, the package will return to our warehouse.
  • We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries. To have your package re-shipped, you will need to provide a verified address and cover a standard re-shipping fee of ₹100.
